I had participated in the NTUC Fairprice Save with $20 OFF on Fairprice Online Campaign and had also read the term and condition. It stated that on the first purchase above $49 will get $10 off.
The second $5 off will be send to participant one day after the utilising the first promotion.
On 20 Jun I had used the $10 off promotion code.. However I had been waiting for the return promo code for quite a number of days and no email from Fairprice. Finally i email to the customer feedback on 25 Jun and then they send me the return promotion code.
After received the email, i immediately did the survey and utilise the return promotion code. This time hopefully they will send me the 2nd return promotion code. But in the end after 7 working days, still no email receive and i need to send the email again.
The email reply with the promotion code but this time i need to spend $100 in order to enjoy the $5 off. The NTUC Fairprice campaign is attractive to me but IT department in the4 NTUC Fairprice is not supporting the campaign and need the customer to trigger and ask for the return promotion code, It is a very bad customer experience and hopefully the NTUC FairPrice marketing department need to look into it. If your IT cannot support for the campaign then you should not market it. In the end it will gave a very negative feedback in the social media.
