Hp charger faulty

My hp battery power only left 10% strength. So i decided to charge it but there is no indication in the hp it is being charged. Initially i though is the power failure so i go to another powerpoint to plug in the charger, the result is the same, no indication it is charge. I started to panic and ask around my colleague anyone of them having the same charger for me to confirm whether the charger faulty or the hp faulty. Luckily one colleague has the same charger and confirm that is the chager faulty. Another lucky thing is it is still under warranty and i am able to send it for warranty claim.
