Today have received the letter from my NS unit for the IPPT matters. Very long did not train my physical fitness, do not know can pass the test.
The letter as follow :

NON - ICT IPPT CUM BRIEFING ON 18/04/2007

1. We have booked your non-ICT IPPT cum briefing on 18/04/2007 to be taken in TAB Gym as your Birthday Window is closing soon.
2. Please log into your NS Portal for the e-SAF 100 and print it out for entry into Tengah Air Base (TAB).
3. Please report in PT Attire at TAB Gym before 0730hrs for your IPPT.
